In my first thought, I agreed with Jian to lead ST, but lets do an analysis first:
1. 3S jump show a maximum raise with 4 cards of spade support, so the opener has most likely about 14-15 hcp. If declarer has only 4 cards of spade, ST lead has no harm, but if declarer has 5 cards of spade, then your ST lead will reduce your spade winning trick to only one if dummy has the J.
So ST lead is out, since it only helps the declarer, no gain for us.
And if partner really has the SQ, then we are sure to get 2 tricks at spade, where to find the 3rd trick to defeat this contract?
I am pointed to club suit, if dummy has 5 cards of D and 4 cards of spade, then he has only 4 cards left for the other two suit, which make the lead away from Q less dangerous, and will definetely gain if partner has CK, and we will cash our winning trick before they have time to get rid of any club loser.
At the other point, partner maybe short at both major, so you need his spade to guard H suit.
